ORDERING A CUSTOM PET PORTRAIT

  1. Look through your photos for those that clearly show the face, eyes and expressions you like best.
  2. Look over the examples on the "pet portraits" page, and decide if you would like a drawing or a painting, the size, and in what style. (Joan can help with this.)
  3. You will receive a price estimate once the photos are received and we have clarified the order.
  4. After you have approved the estimate, a PayPal invoice* will be sent to you for a non-refundable deposit of $100 for paintings or 50% for drawings. When the deposit is received, the portrait will be scheduled.
  5. When the artwork is ready, you will receive an email with a digital image of the portrait attached. Shipping and handling costs (average $20 - $30) and tax (CA only) will be added to the final bill. After your approval and the balance due are received, the portrait and your photos will be shipped UPS Ground, insured.
    * Through PayPal, you may use a credit card, eCHECK or PayPal account to

ORDERING A PRINT

  1. Look up the name under the picture and email it with your address.
  2. You will receive a PayPal invoice with the price, shipping and tax (if any).
  3. The print will be sent to you via UPS Ground upon receipt of payment
    through PayPal.

ORDERING AN ORIGINAL PAINTING ON DISPLAY

Some original paintings on the "pet portraits" page are available for purchase. If you are interested in one, please note its name and email or call Joan for more information.
